So Bill came out and gave me a quote. he was very nice and polite. He was not salesy. He set me up for the worst case scenario. Then the repair guys came out and again very nice and respectful. They looked at the job and said that the rape was not as bad as originally thought. They could have easily not said anything and kept the over $700 but they didn't. It was less than $200. All those greedy companies can learn something from doing the right thing. I am very happy and I will call them again to replace my gutters completely when we are ready. Thank you gutter guys. Integrity is a dying breed and I am glad your company still has it.

Good explanation of work and possible work needed. They sounded like they had plenty of experience to know what to possibly expect with repairs. Very reasonable quote. They called to see if it was OK, and were able to come earlier than origianlly planned for the repairs. (That sounds to me that they try hard to economize their workday to keep prices down)

I received an immediate return call to my inquiry by Elaine Riess through phone & email. On the day of my estimate appointment, Bill Dame arrived promptly and provided me several options to fix the gutters that were hanging off. In addition, he showed me how the gutter guards worked on a portable size demonstration device. Bill was not pushy and was also very personable, professional and knowledgeable. The company also has a great payment plan.
