I was told that the job would take three days. At the end of the second day, Gustavo said that he needed to leave before finishing in order to take care of another customer. Gustavo said they would try to get back and finish the next afternoon. I waited but they did not show and did not call. Instead, they returned three days later when I was out of town. But they still did not finish. They had a question about a couple of remaining trees but they did not call me. They instead came to my house unannounced (while I was out) to talk to me about it. I was confused and did not know why Gustavo stopped calling me and, for some reason, began communicating directly with my neighbor. When the job was finally completed, I tried to explain to Gustavo that it was a bad way to do business with a customer -- changing the schedule, not giving me advance warning that the crew would stay only 2 days and not the agreed-upon 3 days, not showing up and not calling with an update, not calling to make sure I was home before coming to my house to discuss the job, and ceasing verbal communication with me and instead communicating with my neighbor. Gustavo did not apologize, he just argued with me and made excuse after excuse -- it was very frustrating.

Was quick to come to see what project involved and give an estimate . Responded quickly to my request for a written quote and called a few days ahead of planned date because he had. Cancellation and wanted to come earlier. Work was professional and completed in a timely manner. Anne M

This team was fast, responsive, professional and really cleaned up after themselves! I am so relieved to have some trees and limbs down before winter storms, and was so pleased how clean the yard was afterward. The price for the job was more than fair and reasonable.
