House and sidewalk look great. They completed it all in one day and even adjusted other work to squeeze the work in to meet my deadline.

Very professional and did a really good job removing dirt & mildew from the house. My pavers were covered with moss & very nasty... he made them look like the day they were laid. During our initial conversation, Shawn informed me that no up front money was necessary & he would send a bill after the work was completed to my satisfaction. Shawn arrived late morning to give estimate... since I am on the outer fringe of his service area & he was here & had the time, he offered to do the cleaning at that time. I was good with estimate & his explanation as to how he went about executing the power wash. Shawn proceeded to clean house, pavers, outside gutters & soffits. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Gem Pro Wash came out and sprayed my roof which had black streaks. Within a week the black streaks were gone and roof looked new again. No high pressure wash. Would recommend this company .

Prompt response with phone call, onsite visit, and scheduling. Pricey but didn't really compare so could be average. Offered to return if I was unsatisfied with run off from very dirty siding. Eaves, gutters, and downpours were pristine.
