As a long time Realtor in the Rio Grande Valley, I focus my efforts on making my clients homes stunning and marketable. However, when it came to my own home, I felt like a failure. I was overwhelmed with emotion to the point of being paralyzed when it came to the decision to discard the belongings of my family members that had taken up so much space in my closet. I had piles of clothing stacked on the floor and it became completely unmanageable. Carrie gently went through each item with me - knowing how emotionally charged each piece could possibly be to me - to discard, donate or retain within reason and color coordinated what remained. My closet was once gorged with clothing for three people and now is neatly organized for me. Her suggestions on how to further keep myself from overcrowding again were not only highly efficient and effective but were affordable AND went with my daily behavior and lifestyle. She makes common sense suggestions that truly enhance each person's way of life. I don't live an instagram or HGTV life so I didn't want it to look nice one day and a week later have my closet not function for the purposes I need it to. I needed to live here and not for it to be a model home for display purposes only. Functionality is huge for me. She understood that and was spot on about her remedies and suggestions for future projects -- and none of it broke the bank. Best money I've spent in a long while! Well worth the investment. I wish I had a pocket version of Carrie to bring with me on my real estate listing presentations. I may even consider gifting her services to some of my new home owners to get them started on the right track. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARRIE!
