I am so happy with the work and price. They came back the next day and did a masonry job (excellent) for two hundred that someone else quoted me four thousand to do. You cannot even tell that it was ever repaired. I would definitely recommend this company.

The chimney cleaning was fine, but I also asked them to estimate repairs to the brick chimney for my gas furnace. They took measurements, and told me they would have an estimate to me in a few days. This was Dec. 29, 2016. Received an emailed invoice from Ryan Viens, the president, and replied to the email asking when I could expect the estimate. No reply. Called Jan. 11 to ask about the estimate, and was told Ryan had written it up. I said I never received it. The person on the phone said to check my spam, I said it was not there, and that I never got a reply to my email asking about it. She said it would be sent. Called Jan. 30, she said he had done it, didn’t know why it wasn’t sent, she would give him (Ryan) the message, and ask him to reply. Called Feb. 22, she said she would ask him to reply to me. I said no, I wanted a phone call. I have called or emailed three times over the course of almost two months, and gotten no reply. If they don’t want to do the work, that’s fine, they should tell me. Saying they have sent me the email when they have not, is not appropriate. She said she would call him and give him the message. It's Feb. 24, after COB. As I said, the chimney cleaning was fine, but the company seems completely unwilling to admit that they can't (or won't) give me an estimate on the repairs. Therefore, I have to give a mixed review, I can recommend them for chimney cleaning, but not for repairs. Also, I must report that they seem incapable of answering phone or emails to do anything other than chimney cleaning.
