I contacted Steve at Front Range concerning a new AC and Furnace for my townhome I was selling. He came to my home and presented me with a bid. He made a special effort to explain the system in detail and showed me how I could use the Xcel energy rebates to purchase upgrade units. I was very impressed with his professionalism. His bid was very competitive with the other bids I received. His crew came out in a couple of days and did an excellent job installing the new units. The new home owner was extremely happy. I will be using Front Range Mechanical in the future. Very solid company.

Excellent explanation of different brands of ACs and how to choose. Owner did bid, looked at unit and gave us accurate information about the age, which the previous company we called to repair it did not. Owner willing to not make a sale to ensure we got work under warranty if we could. Ultimately the warranty info we had was incorrect an we had to get a new unit, but now we understand the process and what to expect from our warranty.

After having 4 prior bids I was about to give up looking for a new A/C and furnace unit. I found the process similar to buying a car, but worse, until I spoke with Steve from Front Range Mech Services. After to speaking to him on the phone , his gentle and professional nature made me agreeable to another bid. Once he got to my home, he inspected the furnace and a/c unit, then measured air flow from the ducts in the house. He was very clear and forthcoming about everything. A week later I'm enjoying my incredible cool house! The process was A+++. His employees were amazing. Thank you!
