Was not a good fit for what I needed and was unreliable. She quit not to long after being hired

The cleaning team was thorough in the cleaning efforts. Carpets were cleaned for the first time in 20 years and looked great! The deep clean project was following a condo move-out and we were very pleased. We will be hiring this team for ongoing cleaning.

I first hired for post-construction cleaning. I did not check their work. I then hired this company for a personal home cleaning. I did a walk-thru and gave detailed instructions on what I wanted to be done. I was disappointed to find that the cleaner did not bother to vacuum, clean the bathroom or kitchen floors, or give any detail to any surfaces. I notified the owner and sent pictures of the issues. She responded and agreed to send someone back the next morning at my convenience. Two ladies arrived and I did another detailed walk-thru. They were packed up, about to leave, when I reviewed their work. Bathroom floors were not done, there was a brown puddle on the kitchen floor, floors were not vacuumed fully, and kitchen counters were not wiped. The lady I spoke with argued with me that she had already done things. I had to run my hand across the counter and show her the food on my hand before she would clean them again. I notified the owner again. She thanked me for the feedback but said nothing else. She did not charge me extra for the oven clean; I would have likely argued against it since it wasnt completed. I would not hire again, I like the details done.

These ladies were on time and worked together efficiently, they left my home sparkling and smelling great, I’ll definitely use them again**
