1st. Estimate, down payment, response time, accuracy of as is plans. EVERYTHING OFF. Spent $10,000 for useless plans. Only thing I received was as is and proposal and useless elevations. For 10k that's pretty insane. Took about 3 months to receive as is built plans. I'm still getting charged 2k for whatever work they supposedly done. Work that was done after I cut ties with the firm. Save your time and money. This firm has several drafters that get cost up. I had an easy design and things were complicated since day in. There initial "prelim" scan software is garbage. Several things were not caught on the scan meaning drafters had to correct. Meaning time is invested then charged to you as the customer. Turn around time for modifications is pretty bad. Save your time and money and go else where. Been in business for about twenty + years and I've never had a bad experience with a "professional."

Mister [Consumer Name Removed] appears to be upset because we would not agree to discount his fee from the amount that was originally negotiated when we started the project, nor would we agree to provide extra services that he requested "for free." We have done everything that was specified in our agreement with him, and we are still working with him to get through the approval process for the building permit to expand his restaurant. We anticipate a speedy resolution for his situation, and we hope that he will revise his opinion about the quality of our services once he has the permit in hand.

Fred is a God send. His work is amazing he is the definition of professional. This is the best architect in Sacramento he helped me build Daddy Os Smokehouse the best bbq on Sacramento. I'm forrver grateful and I'd recommend Fred to anyone looking for architectural services. I've sent him to my close friend to help build his restaurant and he's doing a great job as well for them.
