They worked hard and got the job done. Home built in 1963. Septic cover was difficult to reach but they persisted and finished the job.

I hired them in Oct. of 2019. I told them that the lid of my 2nd tank had a concrete lid and needed a tripod hoist. When they came they came without the hoist and tried to remove the lid by hand. The lid turned sideways in the tank and got stuck. They said to me that's all they could do, told me to get in touch with an engineer, and left me with the mess. I'll never use them again and don't recomend them.

We recommended that you call a local excavator to have them replace this lid. We tried our best to remove the lid but it was clearly a job that required an excavator. Great experience all around. I needed my septic pumped fast and they managed to fit me in the next day! So nice, and they are very clear with their pricing (which is excellent by the way) Daniel came to pump and he was very knowledgeable and nice, did a great job and told us about our tank (we recently closed so it was very helpful) Definitely hire these guys!

I get that this time of year they do get busy, but that is still no reason to overbook appointments. I was told that they would be there between 1-4 pm on the scheduled date, but after a phone and 2 returned calls we finally received service after 5:30 pm. It should be considered that we, the customer, have schedules also. But thank you for your professional service and passing on your information to help us keep our systems working properly.

If you can't locate the sceptic cap call your town building dept for a copy of the "as built" schematic for your home. It will save you money and speed the cleaning process.
