Foxtail Builders renovated our mountain contemporary home in Lake Naomi and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, the design vision was thoughtfully developed and carried through to the smallest details. The finishes are beautiful, intentional, and cohesive. Every space feels elevated while still being warm and livable, which is exactly what we wanted for a mountain home. Gina, the owner, was right. For the first time ever, I can honestly say I still like my contractor after working together for over a year to bring my vision to life. Communication was always open seven days a week, and you could clearly see how much pride she takes in her work. She truly loves what she does, and it shows. Just as important, every Foxtail employee and subcontractor worked together seamlessly. The level of coordination, professionalism, and respect on site made the entire process feel organized and well managed. Everyone involved took pride in the project, and it shows in the final result. We are extremely proud of our home and grateful to have worked with a team that cared as much as we did.

The project was inly slightly delayed by shipping but everything was kept on a strict timeline with all issues being transparent and no hidden agenda or fees. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Gina at Foxtail Builders on two major phases of renovations at our lake home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with Foxtail's commitment from start to finish. Foxtail Builders was everything a single woman like me would want in a contractor! From start to finish, Gina, the owner and project manager, worked closely with me. She did everything from start to finish, including offering me several beautiful design options within my budget. She continually kept my goals for the project on the forefront. Her taste is not only amazing, but her designs incorporated products that were not only gorgeous, quality, and sustainable (she loves nature as I do!)but took into consideration how to make my quality of life better/easier with home organization, efficiency, and safety concerns as I age. I remember how I came across FoxTail Builders. I was very upset by a lack of a good job a prior contractor I worked with did. So to calm down, I went to Wendy's to get a vanilla frosty and spicy mcnuggets. I parked my car while sipping my frosty and looked up and the foxtail builder truck was there. I snapped a picture of it and called the number and the rest is history. After consulting with bath fitters, and other company's, I was growing frustrated cause none of them had the bathrooms or products or vision I had for my bathrooms and kitchen. But when I went to a model home foxtail builders was working on, I immediately knew they were the ones who had to remodel my home. Gina and her team were very professional and completed all work on time and as requested. Gina is very sweet and listens to what you're seeking and brings it to life with her team. I absolutely LOVE my kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms now. Everything is much brighter and the house looks bigger. If I ever purchase another home within foxtail area of work, they will be the ones to do any remodeling needed. I highly recommend if you're looking for a modern, high quality, kitchen and bathroom remodel. (Before and after photos of bathroom and kitchen are attached. One bedrooms are furnished/kitchen is set up and in order, I will add more pictures) Update as of January 2026 Now, I can understand people/companies being busy and booked. I get that totally. But since having work done in my home, ive asked for other projects to be completed such as decking and interior design and its dissappointing to have received the poor responses I did. Recently I asked just for electrical work to be done. And again, I get people are booked and busy, but the owner of the company was very rude in her response, simply because I told her that I have to go with someone else to get my deck done because the price she gave is just too high at this moment (screenshots are attached below) I have also asked for painting etc. And not even an effort was made. Not a nice way to treat clients after they give you almost 100k and more. Very disappointed in the treatment after the project. Its like, well I got your money now and dont want to do work because you cant afford the project (the deck). So sad. Then I asked afterwards to see if another project can be completed and a basic question about maintenance, and she totally just ignored me. Why the rudeness? I have no idea. But it was definetly uncalled for. Heartbreaking actually. Beautiful work. But the professionalism has gone down certainly.

We hired cocktail builders for a whole house renovation. Top to bottom we can?t be more satisfied. The professional crew hope to design the townhouse of our dreams. They took a drab 80s build and turned it into a contemporary cozy refuge in the mountains. Foxtail offered a variety of flooring and cabinets for us to choose from, ranging from good quality to great. The crew was punctual and professional. Gina is always there to work with us even when we were being indecisive. All in all a great company with great staff and great leadership. 10 out of 10.
