Kelly and Matt are amazing! Great customer service and return of text and phone calls. I was looking for help with our lights this year due to my husband's scheduled hip surgery . I did not want him on the roof to put lights up let alone take lights down. This was to be a surprise from me to him. We had that huge heavy snow storm and FVL still checked in! It is pricey but worth every penny! our home looked professionally lit up. We would of skipped this year but we host a family gathering at our home so this was not a option of NOT having beautiful lights to celebrate ChristMas. A few days after Christmas FVL text me to see when we were ready for them to come by and take the lights down. I text back with a reply " a week " " no hurry " Their crew came by early this week , rang the door bell to let me know they were here. SO KIND , Very polite ! and it was COLD outside! I hope to fill a Outdoor Christmas light install money bucket for next year's exterior lighting install. Thanks again for your great service , most of all keeping my awesome husband off of our Roof!!! Thanks again

My experience was GREAT! When a light was out they came out the same day! My home looked AMAZING and I enjoyed everyday of it.

I used them for my first time having Christmas lights professionally installed. What a difference! They exceeded my expectations for customer service and the quality of work. I will be using them from now on. My home was beautifully decorated I received many compliments from my neighbors.

Fox Valley Lighting was the only company who replied to my inquiry. Matt was courteous and willing to work with me on my project. We are still making preparations to finalize this transaction, but I'm confident that he will do everything possible to ensure that we are both happy with the results.
