Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. Thanks for the peace of mind.

They were the lowest bid but still seemed like alot of money for about 4 hours labor and little material.

They installed MagnaForce steel beams in March 2022 to raise the foundation and correct unlevel floors. Paid over $9K which included a local inspection. They did not pay the inspection fee to my township so their work has not yet been inspected and my floors still are not level and now squeak. I have called several times and left messages to get this taken care of. A guy came out in Sep 2022 and admitted the floors will never be level and the squeaking will not go away. The floors are still off over an inch. I would not recommend their work.

The basement waterproofing contractors we found in Southwest Michigan were expensive, and even among this group, Foundation Systems is on the pricey side. Everdry was even more expensive. However, Foundation Systems has done good work and have been available and friendly in response to our questions

We are satisfied with the work FSM did to encapsulate our crawl space! We had four companies out for an estimate and they provided the best solution at the best price and offered the widest variety of financing options. They also could get us on their schedule within a few weeks time, whereas some other places couldn't help us for 6-8 months. Our salesman John was the friendliest and most knowledgable of all the waterproofing companies we talked to. The crew was great! We had Jedidiah as our foreman, along with Shamori, Brady, and Josh. We also had Aaron & Ben M out to handle the electrical in our crawl. Everyone was professional and got the job done in a timely manner.
