Foundation Recovery Systems did a great job raising our front porch and a section of our driveway in the summer of 2023. Today we had a follow-up inspection performed by Ryan Swift, a service technician with the company. Everything is still looking good and Ryan was very thorough and professional while performing and explaining the inspection. I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.

Horrible customer service and very poor communication. Set up contract and had 3 appointments scheduled and Foundation Recovery Systems was a no show for all 3. We even set up the last meeting to accommodate their schedule and then they wanted to push the appointment to 1 PM, which meant they would need to come back the next day to finish. Unacceptable to hold a deposit hostage and not show any concern for the customer's time. Cancelled contract and had to request full reimbursement of the deposit. Don't waste your time and energy, particularly for the money involved.

It went well. This was a follow-up visit as I was wondering why it appeared some moisture was appearing on the floor. Kevin Creed was the Servuce Tech and he explained things thoroughly, offered the sealer to be applied, and did a great job. Professional but yet very conversational. All is well.

I feel like I had the A-Team working on my driveway project. We had Steve the Field Inspector who identified all the troubled areas. Everything Steve told be about the process, what the team would be doing, and how it would be done. It was all true. When Bryce and Joe showed up. We reviewed the project once again to ensure agreement. The guys got to work. They extended to some drain tile, cleaned out all the cracks, let the polyfoam do its job, and finally sealed all the joints. The result was picture perfect just as I hoped it would be. Thanks Foundation Recovery System team for a great job and a great experience.

Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!
