I can't say enough good things about this company. We're so grateful that they agreed to fix a botched install from another company. Even though it isn't something that they'd normally do, they recognized that they could take a grass that is not their proprietary product, however using their proprietary expertise, and make chicken salad out of chicken s#*t! After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way. It's a rare gem when you find a company that meets or exceeds expectations. Next up for them? The White House lawn.

We live in the city of Pittsburgh and researched all turf options. We have two large dogs that turned our back yard into a mud pit and the one dug holes all over the yard. ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. They offered ideas about the project and asked questions about my concerns. Highly recommend them for your projects. Very satisfied Rick and Lori

I have a rather large backyard that is very wooded therefore itâ s shaded and when it rains it gets very muddy. I have two small dogs who are diggers. I always dreaded when it rained because of the mud and the dirt they would track into the house through the doggie door. I decided after doing some extensive research to go with Forever Lawn to take care of my problem and install their Canine Classic grass. This by far is the best investment Iâ ve ever made in my home and for my quality of life. Itâ s lovely and easy to take care of. The dogs I love it, I love it but most of all being a senior citizen it saves a lot of wear and tear on me. I recently had a total knee replacement and with all the rain we have in Pittsburgh during the changes of the season it wouldâ ve been a total disaster for me had I not chose Forever Lawn. If you choose to go with them you wonâ t be sorry they stand behind their product and theyâ re very easy to work with.

There were some issues with the prep of the foundation but mainly because it was handled by another company. Overall I would do it again. Love not having to clean mud off of my dog several times a day year round. Others are also impressed by how real it looks.
