I had a great experience overall with Footprints Floors Peachtree City. The flooring installation turned out amazing. The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better.

This was an "unplanned" project and I needed it done quickly to make way for another contractor. Matt understood my situation perfectly. Came out on Wednesday at 4 as promised, I had the estimate that night. I bought the tile on Thursday and installation began Friday morning. Kudos to Victor who did a beautiful job laying/leveling the tile and trim to perfection.
