Multiple issues.. Movers arguing with each other, packing thing they were told not to pack & not packing everything asked of them to pack. Once the move was ready for delivery, broken glasses, broken computer monitors, missing laptop & missing ammo (asked not to pack). Contacted owner numerous times, promised to help/come by, never happened. He never offered any solution, just a bunch of talk after getting his money. Because there is missing ammo for my weapons, I will have to file a police report against them as it may become a federal case. Lost my laptop, which I needed to keep my job, but was only told to keep looking for it (should not have been packed). I would have been content if I received half or a portion of my money back for the mistakes, but its seems to only be about money & as long as its in their hands, they do not care about the customers. I beg everyone NOT to use this company as it IS NOT professional at all. I am highly disappointed in Angi & this company.

Sir, I reviewed your messages. You confirmed you later found the gun/armor and said a friend helped pack many items. The missing items were clearly marked not to be packed, and our crew followed that. We did not take them. After moves, items can be misplaced. I?m sorry for the inconvenience. With 13 years of trusted service, I?m confident you?ll find them in your home.

Ernest and his crew were amazing. Had a last minute need because other movers cancelled and they showed up in 40 mins with a 3 guy crew that loaded me up, very thorough to check that all I needed moved was secured on the truck. Very reasonable pricing and speedy service. They even offloaded at two locations. Will be using them when I actually put all these things in a house and not storage unit.
