I saw Nathan in his truck in the area, so I checked out the reviews on-line prior to calling him. Nathan answered right away and I explained what issues I was having. He came out to my home, installed 2 wifi boosters and hard wired 2 TV's since my home was set up as a smart home. Excellent service, prompt, polite and did an amazing job. When he provided an invoice, I was shocked at how low the cost was. He is trustworthy, honest and I will recommend him and use him again in the future. One hard working individual to help with technology for those of us that don't get it. Thank you Nathan and keep up the great work. One satisfied customer in North Naples.

Nathan called me to let me know he was running late, which I appreciated. He checked everything out and went to work, got me going - back in business. I am disappointed I am not getting some local channels

I'm very sorry, but we installed YOUR antenna that was made for indoor use outdoors like you asked. Our company warned you numerous times not to. The weather has ruined the antenna. To fix this we need to install an outdoor antenna outside, and not an indoor antenna.
