The job was done well. Michael is very conscientious and cares about doing a very good job. My couch has had a lot of wear and he got it looking and smelling clean again. I would recommend him to friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Floor Decor and More when they came to stretch my warped carpet. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything looked perfect before they left. The carpet looks so much better now, smooth and tight. No more tripping hazard! It is apparent that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing carpet stretching or repairs. I will definitely be contacting them for future jobs, such as professionally cleaning my sectional and my hard wood flooring. Thank you, Michael and Mike for doing such good work.

I put in a request for carpet repair in the late afternoon and Mike called within two hours. He came out and looked at the repair and we decided that it would be best to replace the carpet instead since it was 20 years old. He brought carpet samples TO ME (I didn’t have to go to any store). The carpet came in within 5 days of my order and was installed by the 10th day. He was ready to install on the sixth day but we had we had a tropical storm and had to wait for it to blow through. I am extremely happy with Mike of Floor Decor and More. The installers were top notch. They were in and out in no time and did a beautiful job. They moved my furniture out and in and cleaned up afterwards. They were respectful and professional. I highly recommend Mike at Floor Decor and More.
