Restored Air is a company you can trust when you have a water disaster! They responded quickly, took out the affected materials, treated the entire area with something to keep any bacteria from forming and began the drying process. They kept their equipment here long after they quit billing our insurance to make sure everything was completely dry before we began to rebuild. Everyone we were in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, took great care of our property wearing covers on their shoes every time they came in the house. And they love the company they work for!! Thank you, Josey, Lee, Ryan, Jackie and Joseph - you made us feel cared for in the midst of a disaster. We’ll miss seeing your happy faces! The communication with us was superb!! Quick responses to answer questions, easy appt scheduling around our schedule and always a text when they were on the way with the name of the person and their photo showing a map with the location of their clearly marked company vehicle. I didn’t have to keep my dogs put up until just before they arrived. When they finished with their work they always asked if they could do anything more to help us. We have never experienced such complete competency with a company like this. We would definitely recommend to everyone and hope we never have to, but we will call Restored Air if we have a need again! Bev C

Restored Air Disaster Solutions responded to our house flood quickly. Ryan could not have been nicer or more professional. He took the time to check out the whole house for water damage and set up fans to dry the space.

Our technician, Lee, was great. He arrived early. He was polite and very respectful inside our home, explained the entire process, and was extremely careful with our furnishings. I would recommend the company for ductwork Cleaning needs.

Lee was a gentleman and a professional. He showed up when he said he would, finished in a timely organized manner, is trustworthy, and the service was priced better than the competitors. Iâ  ll keep them at the top of of the list next time I have a problem.
