Jacob Q came to my house to resolve my poor internet connection. My iPhone was continuously drooping calls and the person that I called could not understand me. Over the past month, on some days i couldn't get more than 3Mps. He explained my problems and tested out my internet. I contacted my current provider and they were sympathetic, but couldn't help me. Jacob was professional and prompt. He is going to set-up my new system when it arrives.
