We have been wanting to redo our California Bath for close to 5 years. We were nervous about finding a reputable company that wasn’t going to hose us. Five Star is really 5 Stars!! They were very professional throughout the process and even was able to get our project done in a timely manner. Not only did we redo the bath/shower, they installed and new vanity, flooring and even painted the space! Hard to find a company that can be 1 stop shop in the bathroom.

I was convinced I needed multiple bids to make a choice, but the choice was really easy. Five Star Bath Solutions is locally owned, licensed and doesn’t sub out the work. Their prices are competitive and their customer service was easily the best of the bunch. They told me that they would be at home at 7:30am to install and they were right on time. In addition to the fantastic work, they were really careful to with how they prepped and cleaned up. You would have never even known they were here once they left. Kudos to Mateo for a well done shower.

I am so happy with the outcome of this project! Five Star was really 5 stars. They were so helpful with the design and even did the other items of the bathroom outside the shower. We got bombarded with so many contractors and this company was head and shoulders the best out of the bunch. Don't waste your time on others

Super impressed with Five Star start to finish. We 1st met with Carol who was very patient and really understood or bathroom vision. From there we met with our project manager Gilbert that who was responsive throughout the process for any last minute questions I had prior to the project. Our bathroom installer Albert really was meticulous about his work and it showed. Everyone was nice, communicative and supportive. Highly recommend this company!

Did a beautiful job. A little pricy, but quality work.

Super responsive company from the initial reach out and service call, as well as at other points when I needed to make changes or had questions. Even got a call from the owner to walk me through some of the pricing/payment options. I was hesitant to start this project, but am very happy with the turnaround time and project outcome.
