Love my new bathrooms! The job took a little longer than I expected due to some family events, but I was never without a shower, sink and toilet. And after all...life happens. I appreciate the fact that when the glass doors came in a problem was identified with the handle and it was refused at the factory and promptly reordered. Five Star did more than just replace my shower. They also installed new vanities, mirrors, light fixtures and toilets. The results are stunning. Always professional, neat, cleaned up at days end. I would absolutely recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Sun City.

Five Star Bath Solutions of Sun City did an amazing job on my guest shower/tub and my master shower which is now a walk-in shower. I had a great experience from the initial sales with Len who quoted me a price a lot more reasonable than another well-known bath remodel company, during the remodel and completion. They had plenty of choices for walls and shower heads/faucets to choose from. Marty did an excellent job with remodeling. He was careful bringing items into and out of my home, and always cleaned up after each day. Devin who is the owner made sure to meet me, and also double checked the measurements. Everyone including Nicole who answers calls were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend!

You want these guys to do your bathroom. Oh, yes you do. From the sales process to the measurements, from the installation of the new shower to the glasswork, everything went off without a hitch. They gave us timeframes for when the materials would be ready to install that were accurate. They estimated the number of days (in our case, 2.5) needed and the hours they'd be working. Then they showed up on the right days and at the right times. They stayed at it and left each day when they said they would. And they finished the job on time, with no surprises and no disappointments. Devin and his team are very good at this. There are quite a few contractors out there who could learn a few things from Five Star. Maybe they should teach a class!

Great job on shower replacement, installers were great, answered all our questions and asked us where to pace shelves, grab bars and seat. Highly recommend 5 Star.

We were very impressed with Five Star Bath Solutions of Sun City from the start. The salesperson understood what we wanted and recommended solutions that met our needs. They worked with us on the price so we decided to have all three of our bathrooms remodeled. We had two combo bath/showers taken out and a walk-in shower put in their place. In the master bath, we removed the tub and shower and made a shower room. The installation crew was incredible. Marty and Cameron made sure to explain things as they went along and always got our input. They were very concerned to make sure that everything was done professionally, neatly and that they kept the house in good shape. We were very happy with them. They even got along with our dog. We would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Sun City!
