All the workers involved were pleasant and hard-working. Oscar, the project manager, could not have been nicer and was very professional.

My problem was in a relatively small wall. It took approximately 5 -6 hours for the labor and 3 days for spore evacuation. The cost of mold removal and containment is expensive, but essentially a common and accepted process. These workers did a good job. The company also was a big help arranging a source for reconstruction of the drywall.

from start to finish everyone from the workers at the office (valerie and carla) to the project manager (oscar) were professional and great with communications and getting the job done. the really do "work with you" :) after dealing with 5 other companies before i made a choice i was so glad to find this company! thanks home advisor!

Oscar was very courteous and thorough initially but he removed crown molding for the job, telling me he would show the sample to a contractor to whom he would reference the restoration work. I never heard from the contractor and contacted Oscar to get back the removed section so my handyman could finish up the project. Oscar informed me that the section had been thrown out so my handyman had to spend time trying to research matching molding. Such a match did not exist and my handyman had to find the closest match and then mill to to get the best match. However it still does not match appropriately. This has now cost me over $650.00 in a additional expenses which could have easily been avoided had we had the original material available to restore and/or match.

Yes I had the air tested for mold. I was told that I would get an email by Thursday night or Friday morning with results and explanation. I waited until 430 on Friday and then called for results. I was told they would call me back. I was called back and told I was positive for black mold and aspergillosis and that they could come spray something to purify the air and they would do an inspection., but had to get a price and he would call me back, but would email my results now. I waited and got a. Call back with an outrageous price (which was discounted 295.). I told him that' was way to much to spray an anti microbial in a small home and I couldn't really afford that much. He said he would talk to his boss and see if they could discount it more since they were using left over spray from another job , plus I already had paid $195., and also knowing I'm sick? I waited for the call back and never recieved it nor did I ever get the email with my results. I am very sick and would have appreciated at least a call, I was going to do the spray either way but didn't get the courtesy of a call back or email. What kind of business just leaves the customer hanging? I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company. Don't know if I would recomend or use them again. Stacy O.
