experience was very good. no reflection on Fiels Appraising but prices for an appraisal in Rehoboth area ran $100 more than appraisals in suburbs of Philadelphia

Focused on all negatives, ignored all positives, poor comparables.

We try to be as fair as possible. Sometimes there is going to be a difference of opinion. I attempted to please the client and even asked him to provide me the better comparable sales that he alludes too, but he did not respond. I would have happily examined them and commented on them.

Gary Fiels went into my home to do the appraisal, but there was no point in him entering because he took all the information from the county, which was wrong. Therefore, his appraisal was wrong. In addition, he sent me the report electronically. When I told him I wanted a hard copy because I couldn't print the electronic version, he refused.
Response from Company:
The customer was angry about all things unrelated to the actual appraisal. We attempted to please her, but it was not possible and for that we are truly sorry. Our office is paperless, so providing a hard copy was not possible. If arrangements are made ahead of time, we can provide a hard copy.
