Because the Felmar team is busy, at first communication can be sporadic. However, the team will also flex to your schedule and needs. They did a great job trimming and removing trees that were in a tricky area. They cleaned up afterwards and were very friendly.

Worked very quickly however, They did not climb up to remove top branches first, very concerned about falling branches damaging gutters, roof and neighbor's property. Downspout damage noticed, contacted Armando and he made sure it was repaired that day.
