Contacted Patrick's H/AC on Monday, rep was onsite Tuesday am to assess the situation. After given 3 scenarios, I accepted 1 offer, plans were made and hw heater was installed by 1pm Wed. Great office staff, management and mechanics. Clen,neat and all professional.

The crew led by Chad showed up on time, explained my options for replacing piping from gas meter to tankless water heater. They also replaced the entire inside components of both toilets. All three, Chad, Justin and Shaine were friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the work they did. Would definitely hire again Mike
