Tony called me immediately and set up a time to come out to the house. He arrived early and quickly assessed what needed to be done, got the supplies and went right to work. About an hour or so later, the problem was completely fixed! Nice guy too! Highly recommend Family Locksmith! Thanks Tony!

Anthony called to discuss the job request, ensured he fully understood my need; offered a solution along with the cost. I told him he had to think anout because I have had to address unplanned appliance and heating issues in the same week. He did NOT pressure me. He understood where my thinking was and assured me he would available if I changes my mind. I thought it over and , did the math and called him back. Good, conscientious, service. This was a tough job with commercial metal fire doors but he found a way to install the deadbolts in the end.
