Jack was refreshing to work with. He contacted me the 1st day of inquiry. Came out w/I a week. Had an estimated a day later. Job started in 2 wks and was completed in 1. He laid out a tarp across my hard wood floors from the door to the bathroom to protect my flr. He installed a new baseboard heater,vanity lights, marble tile & base, toilet, vanity cabinets w/granite tops, re-did the plumbing, Put in new drywall, reframed one wall for recessed medicine cabinets & installed a new interior door. He & his workers came everyday, they were excellent to work with & final job looked very nice

He even met us at one of the stores to discuss options, design possibilities, and comparative advantages. His team completed the remodeling of two of my bathrooms, working wonders in the process. Pricing is highly competitive and his team delivered the final product much sooner than I thought would be possible. Works smart, efficiently, and without fuss. Great contractor.

Jack not only installed flooring, but also enlarged a room adding a large closet. Even with the last minute add on, he kept to the original end date. He and his crew are the epitome of professional. Jack knows his craft, is emphatic to folks on a budget and does not allow less than perfection on his job sites. We need the kitchen floor redone and will have him build another closet for us. Hire this guy!

F & J absolutely saved us!! We have 7 guests coming into town for my daughter's high school graduation, and the tile disintegrating tile in the guest bathroom was allowing water to leak behind the tile, and drip down through the ceiling below. F & J had someone at my house for an estimate within an hour of calling (Friday night before a 3 day weekend),began work the following Thursday and completed the job Friday morning. We now have a beautiful new shower with guests arriving tonight (Sunday). We'll definitely call them again when it's time for our floor and kitchen tile work to be done. Thanks for saving us!!

Jack responded very quickly to both my initial inquiry and all emails. He showed up promptly for all appointments. He respected my new home and was very tidy and cleaned up after the installations which is very appreciated. He provided a written estimate after coming to my home to see what needed to be done. Only negative was I did not receive a final invoice showing the tile price and expediating shipping charges from Mosiac Tile. Otherwise I am very pleased with the experience and I would recommend him.

Jack gave us an estimate that beat all the competition. Once the job was complete, he kept the rice as stated. By the way, he had to re-level floor and put molding around the baseboards. If I could give 6 out of 5...I would! They will get all our future business.
