I hired Express Remodeling, Inc. to repair our roof and interior sheet rock after a water leaked through the roof into the house damaging the ceiling sheet rock. They were very professional, were on time, and knowledgeable. They took the time to properly identify where the leaks were located and their prices were very competitive. I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

Express Remodeling did a complete tear-off and replacement of our asphalt shingle roof in October of 2015. Throughout the process they provided great customer service; they were communicative, transparent, accommodating, and they went the extra mile to explain our options and the work being done on a given day. They never used any slick or high pressure sales tactics, which we greatly appreciated. The work was done well, on time, and the project even came in slightly under the estimate price. In terms of the estimate for the project, it was the lowest of several companies, and yet it included the most-- an additional layer of plywood (that my roof really needed). They also provided the most thorough inspection and estimate. And, again, the final project cost came in at just under the estimate cost! Express Remodeling, specifically Mark Brichuk, has a high degree of integrity and offered customer service. We have been recommending their family business to friends and neighbors since they completed the high quality, fairly-priced project at our home.
