Alex and Wanda were very professional and the yard clean up (rather extensive!) was done exactly as asked. Alex left things I wanted to leave full, and trimmed back things that were unhealthy and needed to 'reset'. I am so happy with the work and would hire them again.

For the lawn mowing part, this company was on time and did a good job. I negotiated that they also spray for weeds in the flower beds, which was not done without my reminder on several occasions. My greatest concern is not, however, with the quality of their work. My herbs ware sitting on 4 plastic tables in the back yard, and I came one one day to find one table tipped over and pots on the ground. It seems that a leg was broken by their weed eater. I was not informed by Express Lawn, nor was an apology made. I decided to "let it go" until I found a second table broken in the same fashion several weeks later. Still no acknowledgment of the incident nor apology. I spoke with Wanda, who informed me that I needed to move the tables with the herbs every week before they mowed. I told her that was not an option. The next week, the worker came to my door and told my daughter that "it was too much work" to move the tables. No compromises offered, just rudeness and never an apology at any time. Their work is good, but their attitude is not. I have found another company through Home Advisor that is exceptionally courteous and doing a great job.

Our goal is to provide the best Customer service to all our customers, we have serviced this property since 2013, and received compliments by phone and emails saying we have done a great job...Customer informed us that she is looking for a cheaper service, and never gave us a 30 day notice to cancel account. We wish her the best, and will continue to do an outstanding job.

Hesitant to have any trees trimmed due to the shade they provide, but were getting out of control with branches drooping near to the ground. End result looks much better now! Crew did a great job and left no trace behind of the work done.
