Customer Service...Quality...Cost... These are the three things I look for when hiring a company or purchasing a product, and Express Fencing excelled in all three areas. They were extremely efficient in responding to emails, phone calls, and texts, which was lacking with many other companies I contacted. Danette and her team were prompt and always available to answer any questions I had. It was a relief to speak with an owner who is passionate about providing a great product and truly servicing her customers. I had a custom 6 foot cedar fence installed, and the quality of the materials and workmanship was far superior to the other companies I contacted. Jenk, Matt, and their team did a wonderful job start to finish. Express Fencing also quoted us a great price. Cost is always a factor and they were extremely affordable for the excellent product they installed. If you are interested in purchasing a fence do yourself a favor and call Express Fencing. They are one of the best companies I have ever done business with.

The fencing is incomplete. I have been trying to get Jenk to finish the work. I had to call him several times, to let him know, that there were rocks, wood pieces with nails sticking out of them and left over materials, that were left in the backyard. There is a big gap where they didn't finish filling in with the fencing, Jenk promised me, that he would finishing filling it in. He did show up with his guys, they did clean up the mess in the backyard, but when asked about the gap, Jenk said that wasn't part of the job. Jenk also installed a new front door and storm door. He said he does everything from A to Z. He didn't install it the right way. He didn't install the new frame and threshold that came with the new door that I paid for. I asked him about it and he told me, he threw it out. I told him, he had no right to throw that out, that it belonged with the new door. He promised to bring me a new frame. The door is incomplete and poorly done. I still have not received a new frame and I feel like he is giving me the run around and that he took advantage of me. We are very upset and disappointed in all of this.

I called many companies and Express Fencing was the only one that called and even came before the scheduled date for a quote and also installation was one week earlier than expected. Express Fencing was my lowest bid out of 3. They were the only company to request our survey and need to get a permit. They completed the work within 2 weeks when the two other companies said it would take 6 to 8 weeks. They removed RR ties as part of the estimate. No complaints whatsoever with outcome.

Express fencing did a fabulous job putting up 21 sections of new vinyl fencing after removing 21 old sections of cedar fencing all in one day. I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend them .
