Write a ReviewThey cracked the mirror in my main bedroom. I put in a claim and have heard nothing. Have a tip before knowing the mirror was cracked. One of the laborers was ungrateful and disrespectful.
Allen and Yohan did a fantastic job moving my apartment, will use them again in the future.
Amazing Crew! Allen and Yohan really performed a fantastic job. I highly recommend, ask for them.
Used them to move to Los Angeles, did a great job!
I used them to move my 3 bedroom home from Linden, NJ to Orlando, FL. I was very impressed from my first contact with the estimator through the crew and dispatch department. I will use them again in the future and will recommend to everyone I know.
Hired them to move me from New Jersey to Florida. Very happy with the service, they are very professional, I doubt any company could of done better.
Perry Dexter silvester and elysee did an amazing job for me and my family ! From New Jersey to Florida and nothing I mean nothing was damaged !! Thanks so much will be recommending you to many people!
This is the WORST company for long distance moves. They have several hidden charges. The quote they give expect to pay thousands more. They are not professional in any manner. The movers are people they hire from the community of your house , mine were just friends of the driver not company employees. MAKE SURE TI BUY EXTRA INSURANCE THEY BROKE SO MUCH STUFF. I wish I could post my 17 pictures of all the broken boxes and items. Plus if the packing my stuff.
My 77 and 78 year old parents did their final long distance move from PA to FL. They have both had health issues and are not very mobile. They called Expedite Movers, expecting help. HA! What a joke. Mom called many times ahead of the move to update our estimate. More boxes were piling up and we informed them many times before the moving day. The cost was already a few thousand $$. Things went downhill as soon as they showed up. The movers re-taped every single box we packed. We packed and taped every box, every crate â we were ready for the move. They used tape like it didnâ t cost a penny, however it cost us a fortune. We had a small (3 ft) pre-lit, decorated Christmas tree. One mover ripped the tree out of the already packed and ready-to-go box â ornaments and lights went flying. He then stuffed the tree into another box he put together (for a cost, of course) and stuffed it down hard, with other items in the box. Item damaged or destroyed. This was not an error, this was on purpose. No sorry, no oops, nothing, despite our gasps and horror at the situation. Despite our estimate accounting for some bookshelves that we wanted to move to help in the storage space, they broke apart every bookshelf. We wanted these to go directly into the storage space for organization. Again, my parents are almost 80 and needed help. Please note that doing a cross-state move, that the movers that pick up your items ARE NOT the same ones that drive them to your new home. Itâ s not even the same truck! We tried so hard to keep things organized and say which things go to home or storage, and they said it didnâ t matter because it would all go to another truck anyway. We would have never hired this company to knowing that everything would have been moved from one truck, to another, then to another. When we received our bill on the day of our move-out, it was DOUBLE the price of the estimate. Thousands of $$!! Now, I understand what an estimate is. But, we were very close to the estimate on the number of items. We thought it might be more than the estimate, but double?! Looking into the bill, they underestimated and also charged us a fortune for the packing of items that did not need to be packed. Some yes, but the amount they packed, no. After about a week, the movers called us to tell us they were coming. We consistently told them we could not do a weekend because of our storage space. Of course, they called to say they were coming on Sunday. We told them that was not possible. They then advised we should hire a Uhaul to get our items and deliver them ourselves to the storage space because they were on a schedule. They told a 75+-year-old couple to move their own stuff. Once we finally figured out the storage situation, they arrived. We asked them to put the bookshelves back together to help. They flat-out refused. When mom asked them to put items marked bedroom into the bedroom, the driver refused and said â weâ re not here to organize, we are here to unpack. There was one mover (Dmitri) who was very nice and tried to help, but at one point the driver stopped him from trying to help. Again, when mom (who has had a stroke and is on a walker) asked for any grouping of boxes, the driver was rude and unprofessional and completely refused to help. This company refused to help senior citizens move. Literally refused. After my parents paid thousands of $$. REFUSED. Also, they literally broke the legs off a 100-year old antique side table that we specifically told them to take care of. Legs completely broken off. They have already told us they will take care of the repair (if it can be repaired), but the fact that it broke so badly shows me how little care they have for their customers and their possessions. Do not ever use this company. They will take advantage, overcharge you, break antiques, and tell you to move your own stuff. Big...
DO NOT USE. TLDR: use PODS or actual professionals. In the days before my move, I thought about canceling and ordering a POD, but I chose not to. I knew I had made a mistake when they began loading several clearly directional boxes (not marked cardboard, plastic boxes with lids) on their sides and when I asked that they be loaded in a rational way I was told to **let me do my job** (many items were broken on arrival). Another choice comment from an employee was that he is an accomplished locks-picker, a very timely subject of banter. The logistical process was a shit-show as well with simple questions taking multiple calls to get answers that were not **dont worry about it**. Drop-off took the full 20 days and when trying to get an arrival date, the office was unable to contact their driver. This was probably because they had lied about not being a contractor and were not an end-to-end company. This was probably also why several of my boxes went missing. Now I get to look forward to finding that I no longer have random things for months. Pay for a POD where its sealed on pickup, handled by professionals and sealed on drop-off. These numbskulls are not even worth their low price.
