Unfortunately Bed BUGS are VERY difficult to get rid of and multiple services are recommended. If we are notified within 30 days we can retreat and usually at no additional cost. Since this posting there have been many new changes to the treatment and control of Bed Bugs that were not readily available in 2011. I have personally supervised many treatments and as of this date ...still no call backs.
