Very professional! We had a terrible cat urine stain/smell. They replaced some of the carpet pad and were able to remove the smell. My carpet looks wonderful - this cleaning saved me from having to replace a house-full of carpet. Very pleased and I highly recommend their services.

Very considerate in scheduling and performing services. Were able to remove spots from carpet that were really bad (one was tar) and left the carpet looking new (it was laid in 1991.) On previous trips the company has washed windows, cleaned gutters. Very satisfied.

Peter, the owner is very professional and pleasant. He wears shoe covers before entering your house. He double checks his work and asks you to do the same, when completed. I was connected with Excel In Service & Mr Lindstrom through Home Advisors. I initially had already set a apt with a well known Co. that we have used in the past whenever we needed our carpets cleaned but cancelled it and thought I'd give Excel a opportunity. My first contact with Pete over the phone really made the difference for me. I just had this gut feeling that this man would take care of us and our carpet and knowing the owner himself would be doing the work was also a difference maker to me. I am pleased to say that Pete and his crew did a fantastic job, very thorough and in a timely fashion. The carpets look like new again and we are extremely pleased. The method they use to clean the carpets is different than what I've seen in the past with this other big Co. I mentioned, you can actually see they are using some kind of cleaner and not just hot water. One last thing as I close is if you want to give another Co. a try, a hard working man and his family and not just feel like just another number like you sometimes do with these big companies than give Mr Lindstrom a call, you'll be glad you did.

Peter did a great job cleaning my windows, inside and out. He was on time, professional and went the extra mile to scrape, scrub and ensure that my windows and window sills were clean. He made me aware of how to easliy maintain and operate my windows and gave me suggestions on where to go to get my screens repaired. He was considerate and careful of my interior window coverings and my landscaping. I am so pleased and impressed with Peter that I have him on a BiAnnual cleaning with dates already scheduled.
