The team at Exact Pro was exceptional from start to finish. Their response time was very quick, the explained the entire project beforehand, and they provided a competitive quote. Arrived on time and very thorough and professional during the entire project. I would highly recommended using them for house, patio, fence washing. Our house and fence looks brand new again!

They did a good job on the roof and the siding. They ruined my driveway apron pads. The edges of the pads were severely chipped from the cleaning process. The employee operating the machine was not paying attention or he would have stopped immediately, it's that bad. They said to get estimates and they would fix the problem and would do whatever it took to satisfy us. When they received the quote, they then told me that they were not going to fix the problem but would return our money for the driveway cleaning. They do not stand behind their work or 100% satisfaction guarantee

The lead person on job was polite and courteous. However, when power washing they sprayed my kitchen and living room windows on front. I understand that they could not avoid getting overspray in entrance doors but not the windows. When leaving the first day (couldnâ t apply sealer due began to rain) placed a sign in front without asking permission. I have bricks around flower beds in front and back fence. This was not a part of the estimate. They cleaned the side adjoining the driveway. I did not think of including this in original work. I donâ t like upsales but I do think it would have been thoughtful of him to bring it to my attention. Especially since he had complimented me how I cared for my house.
