Everlight installed my solar panel system in October 2025. Recently, I noticed that my Everlight Solar app was not registering my electrical use, so I contacted my customer service representative, Robert. He promptly contacted me and patiently walked me the steps I needed to go through to get the app working again. I appreciate his help!

This company has a slick sales pitch but they conveniently left out the $11,000 payment that comes due about a year after the solar is installed!! They said the tax credit would cover it but they really downplayed how big the amount would be. I never would have signed up if I had known about this. In the sales pitch they didn’t give me an actual estimated amount and glossed over it, leading me to believe the tax credit would pay for it. Not even close! Now I have to come up with over $6,000 by August!! I am sick to my stomach with worry and anger about where I’m going to get the money and how I got totally tricked by Everlight. Beware, only get solar installed from this company if you have thousands of dollars of disposable income lying around that you need to get rid of.

I called for assistance with reconnecting my wifi after switching providers and Maia helped me get my system back online and reporting back. She was very friendly and helpful.

Stay away from Everlight Solar! They represented how the panels would look and the energy they would generate, and neither was accurate. Maybe it was just an incompetent salesperson (Aaron) or maybe this is how they do business. I do not know. But I wish someone had warned me.

This was such an easy experience for us. Everlight Solar did all the planning, completed all required forms, obtained permits, everything! When all approvals were in, they came and installed the electric and then the panels. It was turned on within a couple days. There has never been a problem with the system and we are delighted to be doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint for the planet. We have been very happy with the entire process, installation and service from Everlight Solar!

Nick and his team made the construction process go smoothly. He answered my questions and helped me through the process. When an issue occurred, he took extra steps to make sure I was happy with the results, which I was. Good company, good team.
