My AC went out on a Friday headed into the long Memorial Day weekend. Everett Maintenance contacted me just moments after submitting my information on HomeAdvisor. They were able to set up an appointment later that afternoon, and the technician called ahead to confirm and gave me an ETA. Brandon was very friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to fix the issue in just 30 minutes start to finish. He also checked a few extra things like the refrigerant and pointed out potential problems to look out for in the future. I would strongly recommend their service.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. My heat went out while we were in the process of moving. My family had already moved to the new house, and I had to stay back to finish up the rest. Brandon told me he didn't have a control board that day, but he could put in a small heating module instead to heat up the house for about 8 or 10 hours, until he can get the new part ordered. Which worked out perfect - due to it was 30 degree's that night. I had to continue with the moving and left a key under the mat for Brandon to come back and do the repairs, which he did and called me to let me know it was complete and he even went back the next day to make sure everything was working properly, and it was. I am very happy with the results, he went above and beyond expectations, and I highly recommend him to all, very trustworthy.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
