Sharp Tile did an excellent job for us and finished our job EARLY! We were very pleased with the craftsmen assigned to our project and the advice we received along the way.

They did an excellent job in laying tile in two bathrooms. My floors look great. My dissatisfaction came more at the end of the job when I realized they had ripped up all the moulding and uninstalled two toilets and advised me AFTER removing trim and toilets it would cost an additional $502, if I want them to reinstall. Now I'm stuck! I declined to pay the additional charges, therefore, I was left with great tile job BUT no trim, 2 toilets in bathtubs, grout residue in bathtub, tile mud in my grass, shrubs, doors left off hinges. I paid another contractor $250 to finish job. My advice is to get everything in writing so you know exactly what to expect.

Emanuel is very pleasant (perhaps to the point of being glib), and the flooring in my entryway looks good. The work was done relatively promptly, and I have not had any problems with it. I do have some caveats, however. Emanuel told me that the grout was an epoxy grout. It is, in fact, typical sanded grout. It looks nice, but will require greater maintenance than epoxy. Additionally, I never got a receipt for my payment, despite asking for one. I recommend that you know exactly what you want before contacting Sharp Tile and Design, and get Emanuel to sign a contract with all the details. Otherwise, Emanuel might convince you to alter your vision. He is a persuasive fast talker, and it can be difficult to know whether his suggestions are in your best interest or his. Also, for your records, do not make payment without getting an immediate receipt.

I had my 1/2 bath, fireplace and kitchen tiled they also included painting my bathroom and fireplace which made it a great deal. It looked fantastic! I did feel the salesman was a little “ pushy “. They also had a small selection of tiles to choose from. All and all I am pleased with the results.

First off, Emanuel appears to be a very nice guy on the surface. He met with us several times because this was the largest home project that we have ever done. The pricing was fair and initially, we were ecstatic about the work. He subcontracted other workers for hardwood flooring that they put down in my house. The looks of the floor is great, but the floors are beginning to "pop" in many places. Emanuel sent a couple of his crew out and they repaired these spots. I have numerous other spots that are doing the same thing and his only response is that the company is "now out of business". Shouldn't be my problem - I did not sub the work out. He promised to do some follow up grout work at 6 months, but will not return calls. I have given up on asking him to to fix the floors, just want him to do what he promised on the tile work. The bathroom work looks great and I am happy about that. I just think that for this amount of money, I need better support after the sale. **UPDATE** I continually find more and more portions of my wood floor that pop while walking. We have taken to putting blue painter's tape so that I know where they are. Unfortunately, our living room looks comical with all the blue tape. Reached out to Emanuel yet again and his response was that "we offered no warranty on that floor if you can prove otherwise, so be it". Literally, that was 6 months after the floors were put in. No warranty and no admission and no willingness to fix his subcontractor's mistakes. Just saying BE AWARE. Beyond ridiculous.

We were about to make what would have been if bad choice of color for our grout when the 25 year professional man, graciously and professionally recommended a much better color. We are very glad we took his advice. We now have a beautiful shower stall. We wish everyone could see it. Thanks Sharp Tile .

They didn't measure the floor correctly and I was short which took a week to wait on the product to come in. The pricing was high and didn't install the floor membrane like I was quoted and still charged me for it.
