Euro Clean

I have been using Euroclean for several months now and they did a decent job cleaning my house although it could have been better, especially moping the floor. Katrina is in charge of the company. I called her today because my bathroom doorknob ended up missing. No one else was in my house and it was there this morning when I showered. She never bothered to call back and the cleaning ladies were not able to resolve the problem. They were looking in the garbage can for my doorknob as I was asking them why would it be in the garbage? Nothing got resolved. Katrina did now call back. After the doorknob incident, the women were eager to leave after it was discovered. They never emptied the garbage in the bathroom, the bathroom toilet downstairs was left up and the living room and hardwood floors were not moped properly. They left the basement light on after I asked them to turn lights off. Katrina requires you to have your own cleaning supplies. They use up all of your supplies and do not say anything. I am not interested in having them come back to my house at this time. I have to send a check in the mail every week and I am just over it. Really BAD customer service from Katrina. She is there to get paid only and does not care about anything else. I will be sending her a bill for the missing doorknob! I am very upset about how this situation was handled and do not want any Spanish speaking people cleaning my house again, they are very unprofessional.

I reviewed this company last year when I first started using them. I am still using them! I love Katie! She does a wonderful job, she is always here on time, and in 14 months she has only missed one cleaning due to illness. Katarina offered to send a substitute that time but Katie has such a great routine here I opted to just skip that cleaning. I am so pleased with this company and would recommend EuroClean to anyone looking for a good trustworthy cleaning company.

Katrina is fantastic. She runs a really good business and is very responsible. I have nothing but great things to say about her and the girls that she employs.

We just hired Euro Clean and we're very happy with the service. Katarina and her staff are pros. We're very happy to be working with them. The phone call to schedule an assessment was prompt, Katarina was great, and Maya did a great job on short notice. I'm very happy with the value too. Everybody was punctual, professional, and really a joy to work with. I'll be continuing with them every two weeks.

First of all, I never give anyone 5 stars but Euro Clean is an exception. Punctuality is their middle name along with hard working staff and attention to details. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.
