Eric is busy, then again all good people are. Sometimes it might take a bit for him to get back to you, but its worth the wait. Eric is easy to work with, friendly and professional. The value for money is excellent.

We had initially chosen someone closer but we waited 3 weeks and no plans. I grew impatient waiting for a plan since I had lost 3 weeks of planning my project. I spoke to Eric on our urgency and list of time. He was able to turn around a plan @ a couple of days notice. Remarkable turn around time... Wish we would have chosen him initially...

Eric was very responsive to our inquiry. We were impressed with his professionalism and applicable experience for our project. His price is not as low or as high as other architects so it is in the middle. We have just engaged the services of Eric and at this time cannot comment comprehensively on his work. We look forward to working with Eric and could provide additional comments and feedback at the completion of our project.
