I reached out for an estimate this morning and they contacted me right away and set up an informative video call with Carlos. He took the time to fully explain the process and the importance of the great quality they provide and was able to provide me a quote by showing him my fence from the video call and answered all my questions and concerns. I will be looking for other estimates as well but I deeply appreciate the time that Carlos took to understand my needs, I will definitely be keeping Ergeon in my mind when I make my decision in upgrading my fence.

What an amazing experience! Complete communication from the first call I made. Promptly arrived on day of install. Removed old fence and installed new fence amazingly. There was NOTHING out of place - they were so efficient, precise and neat it was unreal. The 3 individuals work to ensure my satisfaction. It was the best experience I have ever had with home improvement projects. I recommend this company highly and am so happy!

Ergeon was great. Very professional and communicative. Their communication was top notch and delivered excellent work. Julio and his team were great to work with. There was a tree on the fence line and without hesitation Julio said they could remove the small tree. They did the clean up and everything. The price was great and it was a quick turn around. I highly recommend this crew. They even had someone texting me letting me know when the crew would arrive and the next steps. Great price especially for cedar

My husband took a day off to oversee the project. It is a huge fence, big job. The installers were supposed to arrive between 8-10 am. Only one of them came and he showed up at 6 pm. They had to come back the next day to finish. They did not fix the gate as I requested and had to ask multiple times for them to come back and finish the job. They were dishonest about scheduling several times but the work was eventually done properly.
