My husband took a day off to oversee the project. It is a huge fence, big job. The installers were supposed to arrive between 8-10 am. Only one of them came and he showed up at 6 pm. They had to come back the next day to finish. They did not fix the gate as I requested and had to ask multiple times for them to come back and finish the job. They were dishonest about scheduling several times but the work was eventually done properly.

We were extremely happy with our new fence from Ergeon. The entire team worked hard and were professional the entire time. It is quite possibly the best fence we have ever had in terms of quality and just how wonderful it looks. Many of our neighbors have already stopped by to tell us just how great the fence looks. I would highly recommend working with this company for your new fence.

The new fence turned out great. Overall pleased. My old 23yr cedar was taken down first and cleared away and the new one was installed in the 3 - 3.5 day time frame given me at the sales quote/ estimate time. The project manager Joshua was professional and responsive to my concerns. Julio and his crew did a good job as well. My questions and concerns were addressed. The financing options available worked out well too. I would recommend Ergeon to others as my experience was a positive one. I trust the new fence will last as long as my first one, without any issues.

Can not say enough about Eregon. They were the first to call for quote. Julio was so nice and helpful. Julio explained the process. He guided me through the contract. Any questions I had he immediately texted or called me. Julio is such an asset to the company he really cares and the customer comes first. So far great journey. Fence to be installed next few weeks.
