We were able to replace his shingle roof and provide solar powered attic ventilation at a great price. Our client was able to receive almost 2,000.00 dollars in incentives and credits.

Did the job as requested and also did some additional work at no charge whilst they were on the roof and cleared up properly afterwords - very good job all round

We identified the source of the roof leak, provided a economical long term solution with a 5 year Labor and Material Warranty. While providing our service we replaced a few unrelated broken roof tiles and secured some loose ridge tile. Our Client also chose to upgrade to solar powered attic vents to help reduce cooling costs while receiving an incentive of $500.00

The analysis was very professional, cordial, and decisive. They were ready for immediate action. The work turned out to be understated but after they got into it many problems arose. The additional money asked for seemed quite reasonable. Other quotes were far more and perhaps unnecessary. Time will tell.

Top flashed Tile systems are the most technical of all tile systems. Other Roofing Companies had repeatedly mis-diagnosed this issue over the years. Upon initial inspection we where able to identify the root cause of the leak. While performing the repair we opened our scope of work to include the removal of mold and rotted lumber stemming from the years of water intrusion.
