They did not insulate the cover to the hatch to the attic right. They used scraps of insulation and did not cover the entire cover the whole way. I told them about it when they came to do an energy audit and they did nothing about it. Also they promised a NEST thermostat but when asked about it they said the promotion expired. When they came to insulate they shook a cloth on my front yard and driveway and had insulation laying everywhere. Also the one guy did not seal the attic like he was suppose to on his side but the other guy did. I would not recommend them to anyone else and would not invite them back to do any more work for me. AFTER MEETING WITH THE OWNER THEY CORRECTED ALL THE ISSUES THAT I EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT.

We are in the process of restoring one log wall in our home. Had spray foam installed between the logs. Very pleased with the results. Bill, our installer, was fast, thorough, professional, and friendly.
