    It has been a few years now so I feel I have a solid handle on the totality of the experience. The carpet installation was quick and painless. Foreman spoke decent enough English, but the crew did not. That in and of itself is not a knock. It is just a fact. The installation did not hold over time. The carpet was/is holding up very well but the base level pad is simply not good. It compressed to near uselessness downstairs well before it should have. Tacs were poking through on the stairs from day one. Carpet was not pulled tight enough downstairs either. To top it all off, in my opinion the cost did not suit the quality of installation. I have since replaced the flooring downstairs.

    The salesman that came over was very nice and knew his job and about the products they use. The payment options are great. It was a quick and easy process to get the ball rolling. The 3 installers were able to get to work 3 days after the salesman was here. They did a great job installing the flooring. They had to remove toilet, disconnect bathroom sink, move washer and dryer, move refrigerator and stove. Every thing was reconnected perfectly and put back in its place. All of this was done in 4 hours. Great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Had floors installed September 2020. Started noticing a nail pop June 2021 and called warranty. Had an appointment set for June 18th but no one showed. Got a call July 25th that someone was at my house. As I had no warning of them coming, I was at work and couldn?t leave. July 3rd another person showed unannounced but I happen to be home. They said they could do the work and ripped up 3 floorboards before noticing they didn?t have the right material. I informed them that I was closing on my house July 15th (this was a little under 3 weeks from date of closing). Never heard from them. I called customer service everyday and they couldn?t get ahold of the local installation office. I finally got a call from someone at the local installation office on the 15th, after I signed my closing documents. They left a voicemail claiming the work wasn?t covered under warranty and they were doing it to be nice. This was never conveyed to me until this point. I tried calling back multiple times (6 times) between July 15th and July 30th before I finally got ahold of someone. They were extremely rude, basically telling me I was SOL, and hung up on me. As a warning to everyone, she also informed me that even if I had a legitimate warranty claim and they couldn?t find the right material because it was no longer manufactured (as was my case) that they would not replace your floors and would not preform warranty work. I?ve only had my floors a year! They also claim they installed the floors correctly, which they didn?t. Not only did they cut tile INSIDE MY HOUSE, they did not apply anything over the nails in the subfloors to avoid nail pops. My home is only 2 years old and mail pops are common so any legit contractor doing floor work would know to do this. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
