carpet monday 13th called out sic tuesday14th found discrepancys 3=4 inches cut in middle of deliverd carpet only 10=10 room salveged 13=13 was suposed to do also friday17th new carpet for 13-13 room was cancelled was gray instead brown job was really stressfull two rooms of furniture in liveing room for one week not happy exp

Half a star goes to the politeness of the workers they subcontract. The sales consultant made derogatory remarks, kept touching me, tried to get more money out of me after the sale, and would not take responsibility for himself. I needed the flooring done and liked the product so after reassurance from a sales manager, I went through with the job. Spent thousands upon thousands of dollars. The product itself looks beautiful, but the installation was done poorly. Huge, ugly gaps left at every transition. I was told by their installation manager that nothing could be done. I ended up fixing some of the defects myself with some quarter round, a knife, and some glue. Pathetic. The sales managers seemed eager to assist right up until they got payment verification. Since then, my messages have not been returned and I'm left to fix their poor work myself. If I could post pictures here, I would. Do not go with this company.
