Floor looks great great job.

Contractors quit in the middle of the job, didnt come back until 3 days later to finish even though they told us 2 days in a row that they would be coming over, we contacted the salesman and installation manager about the lack of completing the project, they tried to blame us for the delay. Completely infuriating.. Also left a couple of baseboards in the corner un replaced after taking the old ones off.

I had the entire upstairs of my tri-level carpeted. The installers were on time, very nice, and efficient. They were also respectful of our home, moved the large furniture items, returned everything, and cleaned up from their work very well. This is the fourth time that I've used Empire and would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

I was charged twice as much carpet as needed. I talked to a gentleman that promised a refund which I never received.

They removed old flooring, got the new floor installed all in in 6 hours Left everything clean also. Great Job. Would recommend

Had luxury vinyl tile installed in the kitchen. The pattern was laid out satisfactorily, but the grout work was terrible. There were numerous (50 or 60) voids in the grout, some close to an inch long. They used tile spacers that do not have to be removed. Many of these were visible because not enough grout was applied. They came back the next day and applied more grout. I am not sure this will hold up over time. I do not know how they hire their contractors, but the crew members spoke little or no English.

Installers were polite and did a great job. They made sure I was happy with the job before they left.
