    sales could not give me a written estimate without making it a contract which is a little weird. Sales did not clearly notate our choice of base shoe on the contract in the area where the installer would clearly see it. They brought white instead of the correct wood grain. The installer did well when he showed up, he had to run to get the correct base shoe. However, because the name on the contract was mine with the business address. They sent a residential installer instead of a commercial installer. The salesperson did not note there was an existing tile floor under our carpet which could be seen at our floor length window. Suffice it to say I was at work on my two off days to solve their issues. Was very displeased and although the installer knew I was not happy no one has ever reached out to say sorry, but we learned to make sure we have our paperwork in order for the future or kiss my a** or anything. Again, the installer did all he could and performed well with what he was given.

    Empire did an excellent job coming out and measuring the floors to make sure for the proper flooring to be placed in the house they were. They scheduled the appointment to install the floors. A representative called to affirm the appointment. The floors were installed by professionals in less than four hours cleaned up behind themselves it was a wonderful experience.

    Very good salesman. He was not pushy and brought plenty of samples to look at. Workers were very polite and cleaned up thoroughly after.
