Everything seemed fine and we purchased the warranty. The flooring separated during the first year and they claimed it was an installation problem which was not under warranty at the time we contacted them so we had to pay again for them to correct . BS!

The first crew they sent was disastrous. They used a jack hammer to remove existing tile and did not tape off area. Dust went everywhere including the upstairs and vents. The first crew got some of the floor layer but it had to be pulled up. Another two people came in and started over. The floor was never leveled so now I have areas that clearly show that. The baseboards were not prepared correctly because the paint is peeling off and bubbling and some staples are now showing as the paint that covered them has worn off. . As time has gone by, these imperfections have become more and more noticeable. They are only as good as the contractors they hire.

We paid $12k to have our entire downstairs covered in their LVP. The LVP installed is cheap and scratched immediately from moving a lightweight plastic bin (Bradstreet, advertised as scratch-resistant). No options for moulding were discussed, so the halfboot installed is hideous, plus the subcontractor shredded our preexisting moulding. The subcontractor was ESL, and they were unable to communicate anything with us, and the final walk-through was just an ok. No discussion is needed. We do not know what recourse we have since we never got a copy of our contract, agreement, or anything.

Project: Install carpeting in bedrooms and LVP in Family room and study. Carpet install was good and not a reflection of this rating. LVP install was not good. First crew removed the carpet, cleaned up the floor but did no other prep work to ensure floor was level. After the install the LVP popped and in most places sounded hollow as in not laying flat. After talking to customer service they sent out another crew. This crew had to remove the entire flooring in both rooms and prep the floor to make it level. Started at 3:30 and did not leave until 9:30 pm which was not very convenient. This install was much improved but still when walking on the floor without shoes there are still areas that sound as if the LVP is not completely flat and pop when walked on. Still waiting on a call back from customer service to see what they plan on doing.
