Highest possible recommendation for Dean with Granite Creek Pools in Temecula. We reached out to numerous companies to get design concepts and bids for our project and Dean was the first to reply and meet us in person to help outline our project. His communication was great at keeping us at ease during the demolition and permit process and he always kept us in the loop with current developments throughout the build from each step of the process. His bid and design was fair and competitively priced and he did a great job of explaining how our total price was allocated throughout the entire process with financial breakdowns and easy to read invoices. Dean was always available for questions and was quick to respond when we decided to add on a fire pit mid build. Most importantly, Dean didn’t stop communicating with us after our build was complete, and has been instrumental in answering all of our questions 4 years later and is always available to steer us in the right direction when we have inquires regarding warranties and or upgrades. Overall an excellent experience working with Dean at Granite Creek Pools. Could not be happier.

Dean wasn't just our pool contractor he was also a partner in helping us journey to achieve our backyard pool paradise. He partnered with us in many ways.... - Listening as to what our backyard vision was while reviewing our crude hand written drawings; of which he then presented us with multiple professional visuals that brought everything to life. - By being genuine & transparent as to what the pool building process would be like for the homeowner from beginning to end; including being prepared for weather surprises, boulders should one arise, etc. - By offering up meaningful suggestions without coming across pushy or sales-e. - By keeping us updated on the construction stage at hand and the ones to follow while being available by phone and on our property often if not daily. - By ensuring all paperwork, permits, releases, etc. are in order and that we had copies of everything. - By listening and providing answers to our home owner questions in a timely & professional manner versus others that come across rushed, bothered or forget to call back. Last but not least, delivering our backyard pool paradise that our family & friends enjoy daily! And he did so within the timeframe window we discussed and to our budget.
