Electrical USA did a fantastic job of putting our light fixture that had fallen off the wall back on the wall. Denny, from Electrical USA, called as soon as he received the message from Angi. The tech from Electrical USA was at our house within an hour. The tech was professional, polite, and explained in detail what was needed to put the light fixture back on the wall. The job was done promptly and professionally. We would definitely recommend Electrical USA!.

While I am happy with the work performed, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service afterwards. I was promised to get a copy of a paid invoice once my check that I paid was cleared by the bank. It's been nearly 3 weeks since then, but I still haven't received a copy of the invoice. I have texted and called numerous times but did not get a response. I'm starting to think that the worked they performed was not legitimate. I need the paid invoice to apply for the MD EV install credit.

Sorry for the delay getting you the invoice I went into Hospital with a condition called AFIB.

William, when you called about your portable generator not starting I explained we do not work on portables but I could tell you were frustrated because you couldn't find help. So I sent my guy and told you he might be able to get it started was in the area not something we do. He called me and said it needed a battery. So I told him get a battery if it starts charge a minimum if it doesn't start charge nothing. . He went to battery warehouse got a battery and installed it took over 3 hrs. charged you 210.00 included the battery went back and showed you how to start it. you need to turn the switch on. read directions.
